1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
1.1 Van Rental Services

More than 48 hours before pick-up – Full refund minus any processing fees.

Less than 48 hours before pick-up – 50% refund.

No-show or cancellation after pick-up time – No refund.
1.2 Tour Bookings

More than 72 hours before departure – Full refund minus processing fees.

Between 24-72 hours before departure – 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show – No refund.
2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Processing fees may apply, depending on the payment provider.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available for:

Weather-related cancellations (alternative options may be provided).

Late arrivals or missed pick-ups.

Third-party services (e.g., hotels, attractions) included in a package.
